ABOUT US

Our names are Steve (aka Reno) & Stephanie, and our story started all the way back in high school as sweethearts.  Our business started by hosting family events, later expanding to a small smokehouse food truck that we built in 2006. We  brought our truck to local town events and the fair as a side gig to our full time day jobs. This is where Reno’s reputation for amazing food started and it continues to grow.Reno’s passion for the art of smoking meats started many years ago.  Over the years Reno has continued to grow his skills, techniques, and flavors to offer award winning food that leaves you wanting more!

In 2017, we decided to go back to the country where we both grew up. This little acreage was a hidden hole in the wall off the beaten path that had been untouched for over 20 years! To us- it was perfect! We completely renovated the area, and slowly watched our vision come to life. In those 5 years, we were able to make improvements that led us to building our ‘Event Barn’ allowing us to offer our property for weddings and other events.

Our dreams have been built off of the love and support of our customers who have followed and supported us on this amazing journey over the years.  We are excited to continue this adventure and we are so blessed for all of the amazing family and friends we have gained throughout this experience!
