Rental includes bartending staff, access to the whole farm and the camping area. 

Food and alcohol costs are not included. Please call for more specific pricing regarding your event!

 We require a $1500 deposit to hold your date. This is a NON REFUNDABLE Deposit :all deposits are non refundable however may be transferable depending on availability. Six months prior to the event the remaining fee will be due.  You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule. Payment in form of a check preferred

Iowa charges a 6.75% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour.
