Terms & Additional Information

We take a lot of pride in our venue, and we have put our heart and souls into creating a beautiful location where people can come together to celebrate their events with loved ones. We do ask that you treat our venue with the utmost respect.

Please note the following terms below, and extend these to the guests of your event.

Reno's carries a liquor license in the State of Iowa. To maintain this license, there is STRICT no carry in policy on other onto the property - including the camping area.
- Any guests caught bringing in alcohol will be required to leave immediately. If there continues to be an issue, the person who booked the venue will be fined $250.
The venue is a rustic farm and with that, there are some animals on site. Please remind your guests:
- Do not pet or feed the animals.
- Do not climb onto the fences or into any enclosures.
The cabin on location is private and completely off limits to guests.
What is the event clean-up process?
- Please try to pick up all decorations, items, and trash prior to leaving the venue. Reno's will handle the standard cleaning; however, if the property is left with in an unsatisfactory condition, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Are candles allowed?
- Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. Tapered candles and any type of hanging candles will not be allowed for safety reasons.
My preferred dates are unavailable. Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
- We do not keep a cancellation waiting list because cancellations are unpredictable. As soon as a date does become available we post it on our Facebook Page.
Are outside snacks and trays permitted?
- Yes, you can bring in outside food and drink prior to the ceremony. It is not allowed after the start of the event. Please no drinks in glass bottles.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
- Please email Stephanie directly to set up a tour of the venue. We will have some open house dates in the future as well, and they will be listed on our Facebook Page.
